Bed Threads 4th Birthday Sale Giveaway

Terms & Conditions 

1- The promoter is: BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD ABN 50619946995 whose registered office is at 14-16/108 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018.

2 - The competition is open to residents worldwide, except employees of BED THREADS LINEN PTY LTD, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4 - Each day of the giveaway period, a winner will be chosen by random at 5pmAEST. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message after 5.01pmAEST the same day. Closing date for entry will be 4.59pmAEST Friday, September 10, 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

5 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

6 - The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

An entrant must place an order from www.bedthreads.com / www.bedthreads.com.au throughout the duration of the giveaway period (Monday, September 6, 2021 - Friday, September 10, 2021).
Proof of purchase (i.e a screenshot of the order number) must be uploaded to the entrant’s Instagram Stories through the duration of the sale period.
The entrants’ Instagram accounts must be set to public.

7 - The promoter reserves the right to amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

8 - The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected or not connected with this competition.

9 - The prize is as follows:

The randomly drawn winner will receive a refund in full of their total order value.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

10 - Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

11 - The winner will be notified by DM after 5.01pm AEST on each draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

12 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

14 - The winners’ names will be announced via @bed.threads Instagram Stories, which will stay public for 24 hours after the draw.
