Who is eligible to join Bed Threads trade program?
Professionals with a valid ABN are welcome to join our trade program. Trade partners must intend to use Bed Threads products within their business as it relates to design, hospitality, real estate, events, or corporate gifting.
Is the trade program open to retail partners?
We appreciate your interest in stocking Bed Threads, however we currently do not offer a trade discount to retail partners.
What is the discount available for Bed Threads trade partners?
Once approved as a Bed Threads trade partner, your trade discount is 20% off RRP on all Bed Threads linen, including our bedding, sleepwear, tableware, bath and furniture ranges.
Are all products discounted for trade?
Our trade discount is not valid for discount on Bedding Bundles, Table Bundles, or non-Bed Threads branded items.
Do I need to use a discount code?
Our trade portal allows you to browse our site with exclusive trade prices. No discount code needed!
Please note, your trade discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other codes or offers. This discount should not be used by anyone outside of the registered business you have provided to Bed Threads.
Is there a minimum order value for trade?
Yes, for your first order the minimum value after discount is $500. All subsequent orders after this must meet a $150 minimum order value after discount.
What is the return policy?

How will my trade order be shipped?
All trade orders will be shipped with a standard carrier in the United States. Generally this is UPS or Fedex, however based on your location we have a wide variety of carriers that could be selected during processing.
If your project requires urgent delivery, please touch base at Bed Threads Trade prior to purchase to discuss options based on your required date.
Is the trade program open to retail partners?

Can I receive a tax exemption for my trade purchases?
Unfortunately beyond our trade discount of 20% we are unable to provide further Tax Exemption/Discount. We must collect taxes as stated by US tax law, as our products are not for resale.
Can I order large quantities via the trade portal?
If your project requires a quantity greater than 5 of the same product, please touch base at Bed Threads Trade prior to purchase to discuss our stock levels and lead time.
