For those who are stuck in a rut or looking to make small changes to their lifestyle, wellness podcasts are an easy way to get started – especially if you don’t have enough time in your day to sit down and read a self-help book. From quick meditation exercises to conflict resolution tips, there’s a plethora of wellness podcasts out there to help you be the best version of yourself – all you need to do is press play and listen.

3. Sleep With Me

Drew Akerman’s Sleep With Me podcast seeks to alleviate some of that evening stress by reading you a bedtime story, letting you forget all of your worries and progressively getting more boring until you fall asleep.

4. Getting Curious

From interviews with Miranda Kerr to Q&A episodes involving listeners, the Seize The Yay podcast brings that bit of joy to your day that you might be missing.

7. The Happiness Lab
