To do this we turned to astrologer Amy McDermott of Sisters Village to help give us some encouragement for the months to come. With almost a million followers on her Instagram account, Amy inspires people to seek spiritual wellness through the zodiac. 

Below, Amy has shared a mantra to live by for each of the 12 signs of the zodiac. While Cancerians need to embrace their vulnerability, Geminis should aim to bring people together.
