When we think of summer sleeps, images of afternoon naps and cozy Sunday mornings come to mind. It’s a season when everyone’s pace slows down a notch, and the art of relaxation comes into focus. Naturally, in order to achieve this kind of bliss, your bedding should reflect the mood.

Dressing your bed for summer is all about the swaps – trading comfy fabrics for breathable materials, deeper palettes for airy colors, and an overall sense of weight that’s been lifted. 1. Swap to Linen

When summer’s temperatures are high and humid, heat-retaining fabrics such as flannel and wool should be temporarily retired.
