These Wellness Products Made the Bed Threads Team Happier at Home This Month
Like everyone else, the Bed Threads team has been spending a lot of time inside our homes recently, making our way through this lenghty reading list one book at a time as well as catching up on all of the best shows to binge right now. We've also been investing any extra downtime we have into improving our sleep routine and self-care regime to keep both our minds and bodies feeling their best. The following list of products has helped us to feel healthy and happy over the past month.
Yoga mat
Bed Threads team member Steph recently bought this particularly aesthetic yoga mat to help her introduce a bit of calm into her day. Every time she rolls it out at home it instantly allows her to focus on her mind and body for a while to release tension and clear her mind.
Gua sha tool
For those who haven't heard of this traditional Chinese practice, it's a facial treatment that involves using a flat tool over the face to relax stiff muscles and promote tissue drainage. Ash can't live without her lifting tool right now, and she says that it has helped reduce inflammation and provides her with a soul-soothing way to wind down at the end of the day.
Claudia Miranda print
If you missed it, we recently collaborated with talented local artist Claudia Miranda on a curated range of prints that feature her signature free-flowing line style in classic monochrome tones. Bed Threads founder Gen spent some time recently hanging her own print above her sofa to provide something beautiful to look at every day.
Copper fry pan
As well as a bit of home decor DIY, Gen has recently busted out her Chasseur Copper Fry Pan that she received as a wedding gift to make creating delicious home-cooked meals even more enjoyable right now. They also double as chic kitchen decor, so that's a bonus.
Foam roller
Bed Threads team member Minta is riding the self-care wave at home as well, and can't live without her foam roller which she uses every evening to stretch and massage her muscles after sitting for the majority of the day.
Wine delivery
Minta has also recently started receiving deliveries of her favourite wines from local Sydney boutique liquor store P&V Merchants. Not only does she love supporting local business at the moment, but she's always got something new to try from the varied weekly selections she receives straight to her front door.
Aroma diffuser
Scent is such an important part of creating a cosy vibe at home, and I've been using my recent aroma diffuser purchase every day to fill my place with my favourite essential oils to promote productivity and an overall sense of calm. It's also a great way to signal that it's bedtime and that technology should be switched off for the day.
