What the Bed Threads Team Members Have On Their Wishlists This Christmas
The most wonderful time of the year is almost upon us. Making a wishlist for yourself is a great way to get ready for that question from family and friends that, if you're lucky enough, is surely soon to come: What do you want for Christmas this year? Being prepared with a list means you can save your very generous loved ones the Christmas Eve scramble of trying to find you the perfect gift.
And even if nobody asks you directly, it's never too soon to start dropping hints to those closest to you about what you might want. May we even suggest sending them a random link to Bed Threads as a small nudge? We promise we won't judge.
To help you sort out your own wishlist, the Bed Threads team is sharing what we're wishing for this year. From bedding to scalloped napkins, read through our most coveted items below and explore more gift ideas here.

On my wishlist this year is a fresh Bedding set in Rust Stripe. I'm obsessed with this fresh, warm and surprisingly neutral addition to our range and I can't wait to style it with classics in my personal collection this season; particularly the old faithful White & Oatmeal sets. I love how simple and elegant it is, and how it makes any room feel like a cosy cottage.
I'd also really love some new table linens. My Terracotta and Sage tablecloths got a real workout last summer; so I'd love something a bit different this season—I'm thinking the Petrol Tablecloth with Scalloped Placemats in White & Mineral and Napkins to set the scene now that we can finally entertain again!

I already sleep in our linen shirt and pants in Charcoal every night, but I would love to have the shirt and shorts in Rust for the summer months. The shorts just look so comfy and breathable, perfect for those hot nights. Plus, I can imagine myself not only wearing them to bed but over my swimmers to the beach too!

Our little home is in dire need of a refresh and some rich, festive colour! A sage/olive situation for the bathroom would be perfect; the towels and new bath mats are all gorgeous. I'd also love a beautiful tablecloth in Olive for Christmas Eve and Day to make our at-home celebrations feel that much more special.

Anyone who knows me is aware that I absolutely love being in the kitchen! So, whenever we drop a new range of amazing cookbooks, my eyes just light up. Currently on my wishlist is 'I Can Cook Vegan' by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. And, given the time of year and that we're finally out of lockdown, I'm after a new tablecloth to help with all of the festive dinner parties! (Currently my only tablecloth is an obnoxiously-Christmas-themed one, so I'm looking to upgrade!) However, I cannot decide on a colour because I love them all. I'm leaning towards White or Lavender...or Olive!

I'm in the midst of updating my bathroom and kitchen, so this year I'm eyeing off items I can use every day. I'd love a couple of luxe waffle bath towels in Oatmeal to hang on my towel hooks and a beautiful bath mat in Olive. As for the kitchen, I'm coveting the Bitossi Floral Oval Platter in Green – the unique shape and gold accents just feel so fancy! When it's not centre stage at a dinner party I'd pile it with fresh fruit and leave it out on the table so I could look at it all the time.

So having recently just shot with Rust and Terracotta I am adding this match made in heaven to my Christmas wish list! What a perfect tonal duo! I can see this being a continued occupational hazard though... every time I shoot a new colour combo I'm going to want to have it!

My fiancé and I are slowly setting up our little apartment with pieces we love room by room, and this Christmas our eyes are set on our living space. I'd love a linen throw in Terracotta to bring some warmth and colour to our white lounge and to snuggle under for Christmas movie nights. I'm also on the look out for coffee table books that brings summer into my home and Marrakesh Flair by Marisa Berenson would be just perfect for that.

This Christmas, I’m excited for some good old R&R. On my Wishlist is the Classic Robe in Pink Clay paired with the Linen Slip in Pink Clay, perfect for lounging around on those hot summer days. And for something to read (or rather look at inspiring photos) my book of choice is Architectural Digest at 100.

As a major interior design enthusiast I feel somewhat ashamed to say that I went without a dining table for a year and a half. But now that I have one I would love to get my hands on a tablecloth in Sage and a set of scalloped napkins in Sage & Olive. I'm extremely excited to do some at-home entertaining now that we can have a group of friends over.
