Cedarwood
This essential oil is created from the bark, leaves and berries of cedar trees, giving it a grounded and earthy fragrance. Try a few drops in a pre-bedtime bath for a relaxing ritual before sleeping.
Valerian Root
Valerian Root contains a number of compounds and antioxidants that are shown to stabilise moods and feelings of stress. Originating from a delicate pink flower, studies have shown its ability to help people to fall into a deep sleep, faster.
