Shipping and Returns
Bed Threads offers free shipping on orders over $100, within the US.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, exchange or return for store credit for free within 45 days of receipt. Items must still be in their original packaging and unused. Excludes any final sale items.
To take the stress out of gifting, we’re offering an extended 60-day returns on all items purchased between 6 November 2025 and 24 December 2025 (excluding final sale items from our Last Chance collection).
Prefer a refund? A single $10 processing fee applies to all change of mind refunds within 45 days, deducted from your refund amount.
- Estimated transit time within the US is 2 – 5 business days.
- Shipping is flat rate $20 USD for Canada.
- Shipping is $40 USD for the rest of the world. For international orders, delivery times will vary depending on location and local customs, estimated transit time is 7 – 16 business days.
